Quality Management

The SF-DCT Claims Administrator has the plenary authority and obligation to institute procedures to assure an acceptable level of reliability and quality control of Claims and to assure that payment is distributed only for Claims that satisfy the Claims Resolution Procedures. In order to implement the quality control (QC) requirements of the Settlement Facility and Fund Distribution Agreement, SF-DCT has implemented a comprehensive Quality Management Program to detect and prevent quality problems. Quality Management at SF-DCT is the means by which management staff assures consistency of processing and of application in determining eligibility, ensures fairness in the processing of claims, and ensures an acceptable level of reliability.

For more information on Quality Management, go to section 5.04 of the Settlement Facility and Fund Distribution Agreement.
